Entrepreneur, Cakelin Codes
I’m a computational biochemist by training, a full stack developer by profession and an artist/writer by choice. My expertise is in data analytics, machine learning and visualization with a focus on medicine and healthcare. I’m an active member of Madison Women in Tech and was a 2017 Social Good Accelerator participant. I am also a volunteer tutor at YWeb, a software development bootcamp for women and people of color. I tend to go by my nickname Cakelin, given to me by my niece and nephew when they decorated my face like a cake.
Cake is software that empowers people to use their own data to learn and make decisions that align with their goals. This allows Cake to help equalize social capital and life skills for marginalized people, while capitalizing on their strengths.
